Position Overview We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team at Luxolis 3D Connect. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions in the 3D space. You will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of Luxolis' platform and driving lead generation within target industries. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and market research. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Marketing Support Assist in creating engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and product demos. Develop content that highlights the unique features of the Luxolis 3D Connect platform, including its 3D scanning capabilities, AI-driven insights, and collaborative tools. Support the creation of email newsletters, promotional materials, and sales collateral that speak to target customers across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and architecture. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content for digital and print formats. 2. Social Media & Community Management Assist with managing the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging content that reflects Luxolis’ brand voice and mission. Track and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Research industry trends, relevant hashtags, and competitor activity to inform social media strategies and drive engagement. Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote key product features, new platform updates, and thought leadership content. 3. Lead Generation & Nurturing Support lead generation efforts through digital marketing channels, including SEO, email campaigns, and paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Help manage and segment email lists, create email templates, and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. Assist with CRM management to track and nurture leads through the marketing funnel, ensuring effective follow-ups and communication. Develop strategies for increasing sign-ups, product trials, and overall platform engagement. 4. Event & Webinar Support Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, virtual demos, industry conferences, and trade shows. Collaborate with the events team to create promotional materials, email invitations, and event landing pages. Help track registrations, attendee engagement, and post-event feedback to measure effectiveness and gather insights for future events. 5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market research to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and new opportunities for product adoption. Help track competitors’ marketing activities and strategies, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses in comparison to Luxolis 3D Connect’s offerings. Provide insights into customer needs and preferences to help refine marketing and product messaging. 6. Analytics & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and channels, providing regular reports on campaign performance and ROI. Assist in gathering data and insights from tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Provide insights into the effectiveness of various marketing tactics and recommend improvements for future campaigns. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience : 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, or 3D scanning industries. Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management is a plus. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive content. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media management tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for engaging content creation and campaigns. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as 3D scanning, AI, or collaborative software platforms is a strong plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
