SEO Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic SEO Marketing Specialist to drive organic search performance across our digital properties. You will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and monitoring performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data analysis and is passionate about optimizing websites to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop effective SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all web updates.
• Develop and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve rankings.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs), providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry developments to maintain and enhance rankings.
• Produce regular reports on SEO metrics, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and progress toward goals.
• Conduct technical audits and work with developers to address SEO issues like site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO, along with familiarity with website CMSs (e.g., WordPress).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create strategies based on insights.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with content, design, and development teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
