Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to lead and manage digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of handling large-scale advertising efforts to maximize ROI and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to create targeted campaigns. Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, budgets, and ad creatives to optimize performance. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign setups. Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality, engaging ad creatives and copy. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Manage ad accounts and ensure compliance with each platform’s policies and regulations. Requirements: Experience : 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Certifications : Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Skills : Advanced knowledge of ad management tools (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio). Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics). Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and custom audience creation. Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on findings to achieve optimal results. Creativity : Experience in creating compelling ad copy and coordinating with design teams to develop engaging creatives. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
