We deliver both online and offline training solutions and are rapidly expanding across Kerala. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team. In this field-focused role, you will promote Skill Park’s training programs across schools, colleges, clubs, and community organizations—especially in Malappuram and neighboring regions. You will be the bridge between our programs and potential learners, working to generate leads, build strong stakeholder relationships, and convert interest into enrollments. Key Responsibilities Visit schools, colleges, and local organizations to introduce Skill Park's offerings Conduct presentations and one-on-one meetings with students, parents, and educators Generate and manage leads from field activities and follow up to convert them into admissions Support local marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align offline efforts with online campaigns Maintain daily reports and updates on visits, leads, and conversions Build and nurture relationships with key educational stakeholders in the community Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (freshers welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based role Good understanding of local communities and educational landscape in Malappuram Proficient in Malayalam; knowledge of English and Hindi is a bonus Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Travel allowance and local field support Ongoing training and mentorship to help you grow in the role Dynamic, friendly, and mission-driven work culture Career progression opportunities within Skill Park’s expanding operations How to Apply Submit your resume along with a short cover note (optional) explaining why you're excited to join Skill Park.
