Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to drive strategic marketing initiatives with ownership over content strategy, digital campaigns, and lead generation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work closely with US-based teams and efficiently manage the implementation of marketing projects. Key Responsibilities Execute comprehensive content strategies, including whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, and web copy that position Acro as an industry leader Lead multi-channel lead generation campaigns that support sales objectives and drive qualified prospects through the marketing funnel Optimize social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to grow engagement, reach, and brand awareness Maintain website to align with strategy, ensuring optimal user experience and lead conversion Manage customer communication programs, including email campaigns, newsletters, and targeted outreach initiatives Lead event marketing efforts from planning through execution, including trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences Collaborate with the US Customer Success team to align marketing strategies with customer retention and expansion goals Analyze and report on marketing performance , providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization Manage marketing calendar and campaign milestones , ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence Support sales enablement through the creation of sales tools, presentations, and competitive intelligence KRAs for this role: Strategic customer engagement and lead-nurturing programs Prospect database management and segmentation End-to-end event management and execution Website conversion improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with demonstrated results in lead generation and campaign management Proven expertise in content marketing and ability to create compelling, industry-relevant content independently Strong digital marketing skills, including social media strategy, email marketing, SEO, and marketing automation Product marketing experience with ability to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience with marketing analytics platforms Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Superior written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to create executive-level content Experience working with US-based teams and understanding of American business culture and practices Preferred Qualifications Experience in staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions industries strongly preferred Familiarity with government contracting and proposal support processes Experience with strategic partner co-branding campaigns Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business ; MBA preferred Experience with marketing attribution and ROI measurement Knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer success methodologies What We Offer Opportunity to work with a well-established industry leader with 40+ years of excellence Career growth potential in the expanding workforce solutions market Exposure to a diverse client base across the public and private sectors Competitive compensation and benefits package Interested candidates can connect with me at https://www.linkedin.com/in/amit-mukherjee-head-talent-acquisition-professional/ or can apply here.
