Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s AI-powered, cloud-native platform and IoT solutions Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights to optimise future efforts Assist in coordinating virtual events, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s solutions Maintain and update the company’s website and marketing databases to ensure accurate and current information Support partnerships and outreach initiatives to build brand awareness within the hospitality industry Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing content and engage with audiences Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights from campaign performance Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing ideas Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Enthusiasm for learning about AI, IoT, and the hospitality industry to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition Proficiency in English, with attention to detail in content creation and editing Preferred Experience with 0-2 years of relevant experience Prior experience in SaaS, IoT, or B2B software environments Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma for creating visual marketing assets Why Join Us?
