Designation: Assistant Manager – Domestic Recruiting Reporting : Head- Talent Acquisition Experience: 5–8 Years in Domestic Hiring Only Shift: General (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Location : Sector-68, Noida, U.P, India (On-Site) Qualification Required : MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management Summary: As an Assistant Manager Recruiting, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT / Non-IT recruiters and sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients. Desired Candidate Profile: Should have experience in recruiting firms or recruiting consultancies Should have excellent knowledge in both IT and non-IT roles Excellent Networking Skills, People Person, and Team Player. Discretionary ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly energetic and motivated individual.
