Job Description

As a Department Manager at the company, your role involves overseeing the operations of a specific department. You will be responsible for various job-related activities and additional duties as assigned. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive continuous improvement of workforce planning programs and processes by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions for compliance issues. - Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and monitoring progress towards goals. - Manage workforce planning projects by establishing priorities, developing action plans, and communicating project status with key stakeholders. - Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing their contributions. - Develop and evaluate business tools and statistical models to meet complex business needs, interpret data, and present actionable initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy. - Support project execution by advising on organizational practices and evaluating analytics procedures. - Provide data-based insights to support strategic initiatives by assisting in the design of statistical models and coordinating with internal and external customers. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, and 2 years of experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or a related area; OR 4 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or a related area.
