Their real-time platform helps banks detect and prevent fraud, with a focus on areas like fraud mitigation, risk management, and anti-money laundering. Credit Nirvana uses AI to drive its debt management and collections platform. It uses predictive analytics to automate the debt collection lifecycle, from early delinquencies to legal recoveries. You will act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams, leveraging market insights to position our solutions effectively and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1.Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: â˘Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and updates. â˘Collaborate with product managers to define product positioning and value propositions. â˘Create and maintain detailed product marketing plans, timelines, and launch calendars. 2.Market Research and Insights: â˘Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. â˘Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product development and marketing strategies. â˘Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging opportunities. 3.Positioning and Messaging: â˘Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences. â˘Develop customer personas and journey maps to guide communication strategies. â˘Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints (website, ads, sales enablement materials, etc.). 4.Sales Enablement: â˘Equip the sales team with tools, resources, and training to communicate product value effectively. â˘Create sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, product briefs, and FAQs. â˘Collaborate with sales teams to collect insights and refine strategies based on feedback. 5.Content and Campaign Development: â˘Work with the marketing team to create product-related content, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts. â˘Drive campaigns to support lead generation and product awareness. â˘Manage webinars, demos, and events to showcase product capabilities. 6.Cross-Functional Collaboration: â˘Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap based on market insights. â˘Partner with demand generation, PR, and communications teams to ensure alignment on campaigns. â˘Work with analytics teams to track product performance and marketing ROI. 7.Metrics and Reporting: â˘Define and monitor KPIs to measure product marketing success, including adoption rates, churn, and customer satisfaction. â˘Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve strategies. Qualifications: â˘Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred. â˘Experience: 6-12 years in product marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or financial services. Skills : â˘Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and storytelling. â˘Experience with tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). â˘Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills. â˘Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams. â˘Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions. Preferred Attributes: â˘Background in B2B marketing, especially SaaS or FinTech. â˘Familiarity with customer journey mapping and PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies. â˘Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. â˘Passion for solving customer pain points with innovative solutions.
