Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many missions critical elements.
The CV Capture team plays a critical role in enriching and maintaining high-quality candidate records on database by leveraging trusted sources such as LinkedIn, Boardex, and CVs. Their core responsibility is to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and consistent, thereby supporting informed decision-making and delivering reliable talent insights. In addition to profiling executive candidates and validating key career data for global search mandates, the team upholds strict data privacy standards while handling sensitive information. They also contribute to broader firm initiatives, including language-specific tasks like document translation, managing the Qualification Check process, and supporting content creation such as Newsletters. Known for their attention to detail, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management, the team consistently delivers high-quality outputs within business timelines, enabling seamless collaboration across geographies and enhancing data-driven leadership advisory.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in process transformation, business process reengineering, and innovation. They should have a proven track record of leading change initiatives in a Global Capability Center, with strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
