Tracks and directs the performance of the cinema on daily basis through consistent implementation of the SOPs and tracking of the business environment towards achievements of the monthly targets (revenues- Box/Concessions/LAM and customer satisfaction scores) and identifies key contributing members for rewards/incentives. 3. Drive Local Area Marketing to increase admissions to the cinema. Also to establish PVR, not only as Cinema but as an overall entertainment destination of first choice. 4. Drive sales to enhance cinema performance. 5. COGS Control. 6. Ensures redressal of all customer complaints at the cinemas within stipulated timelines. 7. Ensures compliance to Cinema SOPs and achieving benchmark scores in Quality Audits 8. Ensures cinema delivers excellent customer service and qualifies benchmark ratings in Mystery customer audits 9. Plans and implements the On the Job Training/Operational Training for DMs and Duty Officer and front line staffin coordination with the training team, for operational efficiency. 10. Attrition Controlby keeping close contact with cinema team members and keep them motivated. 11. Training of team on various initiatives (local and corporate) 12. Facilitates implementation of all marketing drives at the cinema as per the corporate directives. 13. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of site performance against the targets for consistent tracking and timely mid course correction by the management. 14. Ensure full support of all verticals to the cinema team for all matters related to the upkeep of the assets and availability of the systems through interventions and escalations. 15. Statutory Compliance and Liasioning. Interact with local authorities (Govt./Police/Developer)for smooth operations and timely support to the cinema). 16. Develops a strong bonding amongst the cross functional team members through building common understanding of the cinema performance and their contribution towards achievement of the same. Assist and guide the videographer during shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and creative direction. Edit and package videos as per training module requirements. Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual output. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion. Manage backup, archival, and organization of media files. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools. Strong visual design sense with knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques. Good understanding of video production, shoot direction, and basic cinematography. Strong storytelling ability and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
