Motion Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, edit motion graphics, training videos & internal communication content.
• Work closely with the L&D team to conceptualize and storyboard creative learning materials.
• Assist and guide the videographer during shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and creative direction.
• Edit and package videos as per training module requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual output.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
• Manage backup, archival, and organization of media files.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong visual design sense with knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Good understanding of video production, shoot direction, and basic cinematography.
• Strong storytelling ability and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
