Guest Relation Executive

As a Cinema Guest Service Associate, your role involves greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and positive attitude. You will assist customers with ticket booking, seating arrangements, and addressing show-related queries. Your responsibilities will also include promptly and professionally resolving customer complaints and concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various departments such as the box office, F&B, and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations. - Provide information to customers on movie schedules, promotions, loyalty programs, and available services. - Ensure that the cinema premises, including the lobby, lounges, and auditoriums, are clean and well-organized. - Assist in managing VIP guests, group bookings, and special screenings. - Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards. - Collect and act upon customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. - Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand's service standards. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
