We are seeking a highly capable Manager – IT Systems & Operations to lead the organization’s technology infrastructure and operational workflows. This position combines technical expertise in IT systems, networking, and cloud administration with strong operational management and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, maintain top-tier cybersecurity standards, and streamline supply operations to support business continuity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
IT Systems & Infrastructure Management
Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, ensuring system reliability, uptime, and security.
Manage user onboarding and access policies through Azure AD and other identity management tools, including RBAC and Conditional Access.
Administer enterprise-level cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), focusing on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
Manage network infrastructure — including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks — to ensure secure and stable connectivity.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls such as antivirus systems, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or equivalent).
Ensure timely software patching, updates, and performance tuning to maintain high system availability.
Develop and execute backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
Manage and optimize enterprise storage systems (DAS, NAS, SAN, RAID) to ensure data integrity and availability.
Utilize scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation, monitoring, and system management.
Maintain updated IT documentation, SOPs, licenses, and hardware/software inventories.
Monitoring, Tools & Vendor Coordination
Monitor infrastructure performance using diagnostic and monitoring tools such as Lansweeper, SolarWinds, or ConnectWise.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, licensing, AMC renewals, and technical support.
Track and evaluate system metrics to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
Operational & Administrative Coordination
Work with HR, Admin, and Operations teams to support employee onboarding, system setup, and workspace readiness.
Coordinate supply chain and operational logistics to ensure timely delivery of IT and office resources.
Assist senior management in preparing reports, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication across departments.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4–7 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, or systems operations.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with security frameworks and certifications such as AZ-500, CCSP, CEH, RHCSA, or CCNA/CCNP is preferred.
Proven ability to manage confidential information and sensitive data with discretion.
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
