Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager for our Finance & Accounts department. This role is critical for ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong hands-on approach, capable of managing the day-to-day accounting operations while providing insightful financial analysis to support executive decision-making. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS.

- Ensure strict compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law matters.

- Coordinate and lead the annual statutory audit and internal audit processes.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

- Analyze and report on budget vs. actual performance, providing meaningful variance analysis to management.

- Develop financial models and projections to support strategic planning.

3. Accounting Operations & Control:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.

- Ensure a robust month-end and year-end close process.

- Maintain a strong system of internal controls and safeguard company assets.

- Oversee and manage the company's treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

4. Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals.

- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure the team's work is accurate and timely.

- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.

5. Strategic Finance & Business Partnership:

- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, investments, and business models (e.g., analyzing commission structures, pricing strategies).

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bcom/Mcom is must. ICWA/Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.

- 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience in finalizing accounts and managing audits.

- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Indian taxation (Direct & Indirect Tax) and compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).

- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and create reports.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.

- Integrity: Unimpeachable ethical standards and handling of confidential information.

- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
