Role Summary:

Manager Hospital Strategy & Financial Feasibility

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Feasibility

• Build comprehensive

  bottom-up financial models

  for greenfield, brownfield, or expansion hospital projects
• Develop integrated

  P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

  forecasts over a 5–10 year horizon
• Prepare

  capex budgets

  for medical equipment, infrastructure, and technology
• Conduct

  sensitivity/scenario analysis

  on key assumptions (ARPOB, occupancy, ALOS, staff ramp-up, etc.)

Investor & Return Analysis

• Develop

  investor return profiles

  including

  IRR, NPV, ROI

  , and payback periods
• Support investor presentations with business cases, benchmarking, and financial outputs
• Liaise with finance, legal, and leadership teams to structure funding models (equity vs. shareholder loan, etc.)

Project & Performance Planning

• Evaluate operational feasibility and clinical capacity planning for new projects
• Work with hospital ops and biomedical teams for capex requirement validation
• Build dashboards for

  post-investment performance tracking

  , variance analysis, and KPI monitoring

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders: operations, clinical leadership, finance, and procurement
• Coordinate with external parties: vendors, consultants, and potential investors
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a structured and data-backed manner

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• MBA (Finance / Strategy / Healthcare) OR
• CA with hospital sector experience OR
• MHA with strong financial acumen
• (Bonus: CFA Level 1/2, Certification in Project Finance)

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in

  healthcare business planning, hospital strategy, or investment feasibility

• Prior exposure to hospital expansion, greenfield projects, or healthcare consulting
• Strong command over financial modeling for capex-heavy projects

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced Excel modeling (mandatory)
• Sound understanding of hospital economics (ARPOB, ALOS, EBITDA margins, etc.)
• Strong financial and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for investor presentations
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
