ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Nurse at Season Two Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing daily healthcare support to elderly residents during the morning shift, reporting directly to the Senior Nurse. Their duties include monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and ensuring compassionate, resident-centered care in line with established protocols. RESPONSIBILITIES Resident Care: · Deliver direct nursing care · Assist in preparing customized care plans · Guide, monitor, and coordinate with Healthcare Assistants (HA) · Ensure that proper care is delivered by HA staff · Assist senior nurses in recruitment, management, and training programs · Actively participate in resident engagement activities · HA Coordination & Basic Training: · Coordinate with Healthcare Assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day care delivery. · Provide basic training and demonstration on hygiene, feeding, mobility, and safety protocols to new HAs. · Monitor HA performance and ensure adherence to documentation. · Report any performance concerns or training needs of HAs to the Senior Nurse. · Encourage teamwork and foster a respectful and collaborative work environment. Food & Beverage Executive Key Responsibilities · Identify and ensure proper delivery of needs of the residents in the community. · Oversee quality and taste of food served form the kitchen. Manage attendance and leave of F & B staffs. Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly kitchen expenditure reports to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. Oversee kitchen staff during food preparation to ensure high quality and hygiene standards are consistently met. Assist F&B management in achieving operational and financial goals , including cost control and revenue growth. Support in training and development of F&B staff to maintain service excellence and improve team performance. Design and update nutritious and resident-friendly menus , considering special dietary needs and preferences of seniors. Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste levels , and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce losses. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and ensure timely procurement of quality ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with other departments and maintain positive working relationships to ensure smooth service coordination. Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations . Keep record of extra food served to staff and residents and update the same timely. Qualifications and Skills Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a food & beverage supervisory or executive role, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality sectors. Strong understanding of budgeting, food costing, inventory control , and supplier negotiation. Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition , especially for elderly residents, is an advantage. Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
