1. Oversee daily operations of warehouses including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards specific to food handling and storage.
Implement best practices for warehouse layout, space utilization, and stock organization.
1. Plan and manage distribution schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods to caf outlets and central kitchens.
2. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize transport routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delivery issues, and maintain high customer service standards
1. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
2. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
Forecast inventory requirements based on consumption trends and upcoming promotions.
1. Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse and distribution processes for increased efficiency.
2. Ensure adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI), statutory regulations, and company policies.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
