Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose

• To oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound processes with focus on accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Deliverables/outcomes

1. Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound dispatch.

• On-time inbound and outbound performance as per service level targets.

2. Ensure on-time receipt and delivery of goods with zero damage and minimal turnaround time.

• High customer satisfaction via timely, accurate, and damage-free dispatches.

3. Manage and monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.

• >99% inventory accuracy through effective stock management and audits.

4. Coordinate with transport, procurement, and planning teams for smooth material flow.

• Improved team productivity through training, supervision, and performance monitoring.

5. Implement 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards across the warehouse. Maintain accurate records in SAP/WMS and ensure compliance with audit and statutory norms.

• Zero safety incidents and adherence to warehouse EHS standards

6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost, speed, and service enhancement.

• Optimized operational cost through manpower, space, and process efficiency.

Essential Skills required in Candidate (Functional)

• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory systems (WMS/SAP/ERP).
• Hands-on with MS Excel and operational reporting
