Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operational oversight:
Supervise all daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for receiving, storing, and deliver to internal teams in the factory.
Inventory management:
Monitor stock levels, perform accurate counts, and manage the overall stock control to prevent loss and ensure availability.
Staff management:
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse employees to foster a productive and safe work environment.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Collaborating with Internal Production teams and Purchase Team to ensure availability of the materials as per the Production requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

*Work Experience of min. 14 years in Warehouse Managerial Role.

* Strong Proficiency in SAP related to warehouse operations

* Good Oral & Written Communication

* Good Team Management Skills

* Strong analytical skills to solve problems quickly and judiciously.
