Role & responsibilities 1. Payroll Management & Compliance Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees using SAP and Darwinbox platforms. Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, TDS, etc.) in payroll execution. Conduct monthly payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and accounting. Manage Full & Final Settlements (FnF) as per exit process.
