Lead operations Export

• We are looking for an experienced Export Lead to manage our export operations for the warehouse in FMCG sector, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant shipments. The role involves handling export documentation, customs coordination, and dispatch planning, while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliverables/outcomes

1. Manage end-to-end export operations within the warehouse from order processing to final shipment.

• 100% on-time export dispatches with zero documentation or compliance errors.

2. Oversee export packing, labeling, documentation, and dispatch as per international and customs requirements..

• Improved operational efficiency and reduced shipment turnaround time.

3. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams for timely shipment clearance.

• Zero non-compliance or audit issues in export operations.

4. Ensure compliance with export, DGFT, and customs regulations. Maintain accurate export documentation and records in SAP/WMS.

• Accurate and updated export records in SAP/WMS.

5. Monitor shipment timelines, tracking, and performance metrics. Lead and train warehouse teams on export handling procedures and safety standards.

• Enhanced coordination and communication with logistics partners and internal teams.

6. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

• High customer satisfaction through reliable and timely exports.
