Role Overview

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
  • Monitor service performance metrics (response time, resolution time, escalations) and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer service operations.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for customer service processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Support and guide team members, and participate in training sessions as per company standards.
  • Prepare customer-facing documents, certificates, and reports as required.

Preferred Female Candidates
