🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and email queries
  • Process and manage orders on

    Shopify

  • Provide order tracking updates and handle returns/replacements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards


🎯 Requirements
  • Minimum

    1 year experience

    in customer care (E-commerce preferred)
  • Working knowledge of

    Shopify / E-commerce platforms

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
