Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Process and manage customer orders via
Shopify platform
.
Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) for order fulfillment.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of experience
in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
Familiarity with
Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required).
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Additional training in customer service is a plus.

Salary
