Customer Care Executive-Voice Process

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: 5 Days Working

Qualification: Any Graduate (Fresher) BA / BCom / BSc / BBA etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and update internal systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Follow communication guidelines and process workflows effectively.

Requirements

Education: Any Graduate (BA / BCom / BSc / BBA etc.) Freshers can apply.


Skills:

Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns patiently.

Experience: Not required. Freshers are welcome.
