Job Description

Customer Handling Respond to Instagram DMs, WhatsApp messages, and comments promptly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable hampers or customization options. Share product photos, prices, and availability accurately. Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful communication tone at all times. Order Management Take orders correctly and confirm all details (product, color, delivery address, date, time, add-ons). Coordinate with the operations/packaging team for smooth order processing. Update customers about order status, delays, or delivery confirmations. Sales & Conversion Convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Upsell add-ons (flowers, chocolates, balloons, handwritten notes, etc.). Follow up with potential leads who haven’t confirmed their order.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
