Job Description

Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Oversee import and export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
Maintain accurate inventory using ERP/WMS systems and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse teams to meet operational KPIs.
Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international deliveries.
Implement 5S, FIFO, and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely availability of parts.

Preferred candidate profile

Post Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
10+ years of warehouse experience in automotive parts or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
