What You’ll Tackle Meta Ads Mastery ( 80 %) Build, scale, and optimise campaigns in Ads Manager; A/B test hooks, audiences, copy and placements; ruthlessly scale winners and kill underperformers to hit target ROAS. Growth & Retention Hacks ( 15 %) Design and launch referral loops, upsell/cross-sell flows and surprise-and-delight bundles; craft go-to-market plans for each monthly drop in collaboration with founders. We operate a lean, tech-enabled fulfillment system to deliver high-quality products quickly and accurately. Our warehouse is the engine that powers our customer experience. every order dispatched right and on time directly strengthens trust in the brand. Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily fulfillment operations at our HSR Layout warehouse. This person will ensure smooth stock movement, accurate inventory, timely dispatches, and operational discipline across the warehouse team. You will work closely with the Ops Lead to drive efficiency and maintain world-class order accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Ensure stock is received, counted, recorded, and stored correctly with real-time accuracy. Track discrepancies proactively and resolve them with urgency. Process & SOP Ownership Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures across inbound, storage, QC checks, dispatch, and returns. Dispatch & Order Fulfillment Oversee daily picking, packing, and shipping operations. Ensure orders leave on time and meet quality and packaging standards. Vendor & Logistics Coordination Work with transport and supply partners to ensure smooth inbound/outbound stock flow. Team Leadership Guide warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure discipline and safe working conditions. Reporting & Escalations Maintain logs for stock movement, damages, and variance reports. Share updates with the Operations Team and escalate any critical blockers. Requirements 1+ years of warehouse or operations experience (preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or logistics) Ability to lead a team and drive accountability in operations Basic experience with inventory software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) Strong verbal communication in Hindi/English; Kannada is a plus High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset Must be able to work from our HSR Layout warehouse, 6 days a week Why Join Us?
