We are a premium footwear brand known for handcrafted leather shoes and contemporary design. Our operations include online and offline sales across India and international markets. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory systems, and ensure smooth dispatch and stock flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and returns.
Maintain accurate inventory levels using Unicommerce & EPR.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
Oversee stock audits, labeling, and product organization.
Ensure smooth functioning of orders.
Track shipments and maintain reports on daily dispatches.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company processes.
Implement safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across the warehouse.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum Education: Graduation (any discipline).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations (preferably in Footwear / Fashion / E-commerce industry).
Proficiency in EPR, Unicommerce and other inventory management tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced operations.
Knowledge of courier integration and dispatch processes is a plus.
