Role & responsibilities Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and propose warehouse solutions, including technology, processes, and infrastructure. Develop and document solution requirements and specifications. Manage inventory levels, optimize storage space, and ensure accurate stock counts. Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management Reviewing the audits finding with action plan to the management Setting up a operational activities in a new business setup. Develop & train staff at new business setup. Implement SOP and process at new business setup Data collection / study for the new business leads . Preparation of Costing & Proposal for the new business leads. Monitoring on daily operational activities for defined customers & identifying the deviations and report to the management. Develop Vendor to get competitive quote for procurement. Frequent travelling as per operations & business requirements. Safety aspects presented in the Monthly Review Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehousing Audit/solutions & Implementation environment. Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems. Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills. Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.
