Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp & calls.
  • Provide support for orders, returns & product information.
  • Manage customer data using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Assist in email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth order processing.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Knowledge of Excel

Schedule: Day shift, 6 days working

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
