Job Description of Warehouse Manager

Operational efficiency
Streamlining warehouse processes to improve productivity as per timelines (Reports to be submit as per SOP)
Effective Operations handling and KPI & SLA adherence as per agreed parameters

Inventory Management
Measures the percentage of inventory items that match the records in the warehouse management system (WMS). High accuracy indicates effective inventory management practices.

Team Management
Hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff.
Setting clear goals and objectives for team members and providing regular feedback.
Implementing compliance and safety protocols and training programs to minimize accidents and injuries.

Cost Management
Ensuring and monitoring warehouse expenses and budgetary adherence. (Managing labour Cost, Follow FIFO, Space optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
