What you will do Own financial governance across key first mile (pickup) and last mile (delivery) nodes ensuring cost data integrity, audit traceability, and timely reporting. Partner with operations to identify leakages or deviations (e.g. excess incentives, incorrect provisioning). Design and own dashboards, trackers, and exception reports for visibility into cost anomalies or operational inefficiencies. Support provisioning logic for last-mile incentives, damaged shipments, returns, and COD-related costs ensuring historical and real-time alignment. Conduct monthly node reviews with ops and finance teams to bridge actual vs booked cost gaps. Facilitate auditor walkthroughs , data validation trails, and control documentation for nodes under your scope. What you will need CA / MBA Finance with 47 years of experience in finance controllership or logistics finance Strong with Excel/Google Sheets ; familiarity with dashboards, SQL, or BI tools is a plus Ability to work closely with ground teams and bring financial scrutiny to operational flows Strong bias for action, with a questioning mindset and comfort owning metrics independently
