Role & responsibilities : About Our Business* M11 Industries Pvt. Ltd is an Aggregator Cum Manufacturer of Bio Diesel. The Raw Material required for Manufacturing Bio Diesel is UCO (Used Cooking Oil) *From Where We Will Get Raw Material (UCO)* As per the RUCO initiative Program of FSSAI the FBOs (Food Business Operators Like Restaurants, Hotels, Caterers, Snacks Corner, Cafs etc.) should not be reusing the Cooking Oil more than 2 to 3 times. Thereafter its a compulsion for the FBOs to dispose of the UCO (Used Cooking Oil) *Present Situation Of UCO* Presently the FBOs (Food Business Operators) are disposing off the UCO (Used Cooking Oil) as a waste. *How we are Helping the FBO* Business Development Executives (BDE) Job is to meet the FBOs and convey them, that instead of disposing the UCO as a waste, you can sell it to M11 Industries Pvt. Ltd. Hence the FBOs prefer selling their UCO to M11 Industries Pvt. Ltd., because until then they have been wasting the UCO and now they will be paid for their UCO *Enrolling Process to be Followed By Sr.BDE* If the FBO agree to sell their UCO, then the Sr.BDE needs to get the FBO enrolled by filling the Enrollment Form and taking the signature of the FBO owner in the enrollment Form as well in Beat-route application *Area Allocation* A Particular Area will be allocated to a Sr.BDE where the Sr.BDE needs to work & enroll the FBOs Sr.BDE to do Cold Calls in the Area Allocated to him/her plus he needs to work on the allocated data, plus he also needs to extract data from google and other restaurant & hotel online portal. BDE need to visit minimum 30 FBOs daily Explain the concept to UCO and convince the FBO to Enroll (Sell their Used Cooking Oil to M11 Industries Pvt Ltd) Sr.BDE to enroll Minimum 2 to 3 FBOs daily Preferred candidate profile : Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts. SOP Adherence and Daily Monitoring Oversee daily operations of Brand Ambassador and be responsible for their daily reporting & attendance, discipline & performance.
