Position : Manager β BizApps CRM and Delivery Role Overview : We are seeking a Technical and Functional Manager to lead our CRM team , ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and leadership capabilities to drive CRM strategies, enhance system performance, and align CRM initiatives with business objectives. Job Responsibility : Project Leadership & Delivery Manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM solutions implementation and customization. Ensure project execution within timelines, budgets, and quality standards while aligning with client requirements. Implement agile methodologies and best practices for efficient development and deployment. Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs. Ensure proper data migration, integration, and automation with other enterprise applications. Drive performance, optimization and security are the best practices for the CRM system. Implement Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions where applicable. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advanced support for complex CRM challenges. Functional Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CRM enhancements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications . Ensure CRM solutions support key processes such as lead management, sales automation, customer service, and marketing automation . Conduct end-user training, change management, and adoption programs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, updates, and industry trends . Pre-Sales & Client Engagement Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop CRM solution proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations for clients. Conduct client workshops and showcase business value through compelling presentations. Act as a technical consultant in CRM sales engagements, helping convert business. CRM People Management & Team Growth: Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 CRM professionals, including Functional Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, and Analysts. Scale Organizational Capabilities by developing strategies to expand the CRM team, with a long-term vision of growing the team to 100+ professionals . Provide technical leadership, performance management, and professional development guidance , ensuring continuous upskilling of team members. Support hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to build and sustain a high-performance CRM team. Foster Client Relationships by engaging directly with stakeholders to understand their CRM needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive Continuous Improvement by implementing best practices, standardizing CRM processes, and introducing innovative methodologies to optimize solution delivery. Build Strategic Partnerships with Microsoft and other key vendors to leverage cutting-edge CRM technologies and enhance solution offerings. Ensure Operational Excellence by overseeing quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with industry standards throughout all CRM project phases. Experience : 12+ Years Total experience Skills Preferred: Must-Have: CRM Leadership & People Management: Experience leading and scaling CRM teams (20-30+ members), with a strong focus on mentoring and team development. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in customization, configuration, automation, workflows, and integrations. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), along with CRM data migration and integrations. Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with business teams, senior management, and external vendors to align CRM with business objectives. Process Optimization & Automation: Experience implementing CRM best practices, AI-driven automation, and performance tuning. Business Process Understanding: Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service workflows in CRM. Strategic Thinking & Scaling Capability: Proven ability to scale CRM operations and align CRM strategies with business goals. Good-to-Have: Azure Integration & Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure services and integrations for CRM solutions. AI & Advanced Analytics in CRM: Exposure to AI-driven CRM automation, chatbots, and predictive analytics. Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams with DevOps practices. Microsoft Certifications: Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, or Azure. Compliance & Data Security: Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security best practices in CRM. Third-Party CRM Integrations: Experience integrating third-party tools like SAP, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
