Job Title: Database Administrator Location: Ahmedabad Overview: We are seeks technical support services, including Oracle Apps / DBA support services to assist the IT team in managing Oracle-based Banner environments and related third-party applications. Scope of Work: · Perform regular deployments and install patches for Oracle Databases. · General upgrade and configuration support. · Data refreshes, cloning and performance tuning. · Production and non-production database support for Oracle, Ellucian Banner and other third-party applications. Monitoring databases to ensure stability and identify issues early on. Troubleshooting and collecting all required information and reports. Identifying root cause and providing recommendations on long-term fixes and improvements. Following up on Service Requests with Oracle, Ellucian and other vendors. Maintain technical documentation. Conduct assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the database and take steps to address and maintain the security posture of the environment.
