The Supply Chain MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to supply chain activities and creating accurate reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain processes.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for logistics, inventory, procurement, and distribution.
Track pending and daily orders, order fulfillment, GRN delays, In-transit Shipments, and Organized Escalation.
Prepare/Maintain dashboards for internal teams and leadership for performance tracking and strategic reviews.
Coordinate with warehousing, logistics Partners, and sales teams to consolidate accurate data.
Monitor STO (Stock Transfer Orders), inbound and outbound shipments, and generate exception reports.
Maintain Monthly billing records of all logistics 3PL-4PL Vendors, Courier aggregator.
Assist in audits, reconciliations, and data validation activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing actionable data insights.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) (Macros & Power Query would add an advantage).
Experience with ERP/MIS tools (e.g., Vinculum, WMS, TMS, Power BI/Looker Studio is a plus).
Knowledge of supply chain functions including inventory, procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Bachelors degree in any specialization.
Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, or SCM tools are an advantage.
