Management Information System Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, prepare reports, and support business decision-making through accurate information systems. The role involves maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and generating MIS reports as per management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, maintain, and analyze data from various departments for reporting purposes.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and data trackers.

Identify trends, variances, and insights from data to support decision-making.

Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) for data updates.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.

Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Support audits and compliance-related data requests.

Handle ad-hoc data and report requests from management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred).

Knowledge of Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau (added advantage).

Good understanding of data management and reporting tools.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle large datasets accurately.
