Job Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, candidate tracking, attendance management, and maintaining updated HR records. The role demands exceptional organization, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage HR operations independently, supporting the growth of a high-performing design team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit creative talent like designers, architects, and site supervisors based on project needs. Draft role-specific job descriptions aligning with design industry standards. Source candidates from design platforms and professional networks. Screen portfolios and coordinate design-specific technical tests. Manage structured multi-level interview processes. Handle offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining formalities. Introduce new hires to studio systems, tools, and design resources. Define clear KRAs, project deliverables, and expected timelines. Track designer productivity and project-wise performance against deadlines. Implement feedback systems and performance evaluations. Coordinate client feedback and work quality improvements with teams. Organize training sessions for design tools and new software. Plan engagement activities, team-building workshops, and celebration events. Manage attendance, leave records, and project-based time tracking. Ensure timely payroll, incentives, and compliance management. Structure HR policies suitable for creative and site-based roles. Plan upskilling initiatives and industry guest sessions. Ensure smooth exit processes with proper design file handovers. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition reasons. Drive a performance-driven, and positive workspace culture. Must-Haves: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HRMS tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination. Attention to detail, especially in maintaining updated data. Add-Ons: Experience in a design or architecture firm. Familiarity with recruitment for creative/technical roles. Understanding of DISC profiling or psychological assessments. Job Overview: The Junior Accountant at Studio 5 India will assist in managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.This role requires attention to detail, basic financial knowledge, and a proactive approach to supporting financial operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Transactions & Record Keeping Record and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts to ensure accuracy. Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Support senior accountants in analyzing financial data and generating reports. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions for reporting purposes. Budgeting & Forecasting Support budget preparation by collecting and organizing financial data. Monitor expenses and assist in identifying budget variances. Help prepare budget vs. actual reports for management review. Taxation & Compliance Assist in preparing tax returns, GST filings, and TDS calculations. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations. Support internal audits by maintaining proper financial documentation. Internal Controls & Process Improvement Follow established accounting policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity.
