Client Representative Executive

As a Client Representative Executive at Studio5 Design, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for preparing Scope of Work (SOW) documents, handling client queries, managing tax invoicing and financial coordination, maintaining client data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project progress aligns with client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include preparing SOW documents based on post-sales data, maintaining strong communication with clients to address concerns proactively, preparing tax invoices in compliance with country-specific regulations, managing client databases accurately, and coordinating with internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction. In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in preparing client proposals, track expansions with existing clients, and ensure adherence to international business ethics and compliance standards. Your ability to draft SOWs, manage client databases, coordinate project activities, and communicate effectively will be essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates for this position will have proficiency in drafting SOWs, knowledge of tax invoicing and compliance regulations, strong project coordination experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail. Experience in international markets, client servicing in design or construction domains, financial reporting, and CRM software will be considered as additional assets.
