Job Description

Location Lower Parel, Mumbai
Job Type - Full Time.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes with additional responsibilities in taxation, payroll management, and third-party payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will work independently and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of payroll and C&B strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

Manage annual salary revisions, bonus payouts, and increment cycles.
End-to-end in-house payroll processing and validation for monthly salary disbursements.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.
Coordinate with finance for payout processing and audit trails.

Taxation

Compute accurate TDS on salaries, perquisites, and other taxable components.
Manage Form 16 generation and ensure compliance with income tax regulations.
Support employees in investment declarations and tax planning.

Third-Party Payroll Management

Liaise with third-party payroll vendors/agencies for on-roll/off-roll staff.
Review and validate payroll data shared by vendors.
Ensure timely invoice processing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance by the vendor.

HR MIS & Excel Reporting

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Generate periodic reports related to payroll costs, headcount, attrition, and budget tracking.
