Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support our day-to-day supply chain operations across warehouses and retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely movement of shipments, maintaining accurate reports, and providing actionable insights to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create PO's, Dashboards, and STO's in system.
• Maintain MIS coordination with business and warehouse team for Fresh GRN.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within supply chain operations.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports related to logistics KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor supplier performance and logistics activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy in WMS (Warehouse Management System) or OMS (Order Management System).
• Provide analytical support to streamline supply chain processes and improve service levels.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in a Logistics / Supply Chain role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas a must).
• Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with at least one WMS or OMS platform.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of E-commerce supply chain workflows such as order processing, last-mile delivery, returns, and vendor coordination.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or courier aggregators.
