Role Overview

Data Analyst – Supply Chain,

Key Responsibilities

  • Build data models and dashboards so business teams can monitor KPIs like fill rate, OTIF, inventory days, and logistics cost.
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy so stakeholders have timely, reliable views of supply chain performance.
  • Work with operations, supply chain, and business teams to translate business questions into analyses that highlight trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong SQL for querying, aggregating, and joining large operational datasets; basic to intermediate Python (pandas, visualization) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio for modelling, DAX/calculations, and building intuitive visuals.
  • Good understanding of reporting design, data visualization best practices, and comfort presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 0–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics data analyst roles, preferably in FMCG, retail/ecommerce/q-commerce, or consulting.
  • Domain familiarity (basic supply chain concepts, KPIs, Demand planning, inventory planning)
