Opportunity APM Terminals The Team Lead - Domestic Logistics is responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics operations related to Full Truck Load (FTL), Partial Truck Load (PTL), Milk Run, and local logistics and movements. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for external customer stakeholders related to logistics. Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met through effective communication and coordination. Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role, with a focus on FTL, PTL, Milk Run, and local logistics. Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as TMS. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with JCB/OEM companies in India or similar operations or 3pl or 4pl operations Advanced certifications in logistics or supply chain management. Working Conditions: This position is based at a specific plant location and may require occasional travel. The role may involve working outside regular business hours to address operational needs.
