Experience and Qualifications: - Proven experience (5+ years) in Oracle FusionSCM Supply chain planning solutions implementation - Strong understanding of Oracle SCM, Financeapplications and best practices applicable to supply chain operations andreporting aspects. - Excellent problem-solving skills and theability to think strategically. - Demonstrated experience in leadinglarge-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Oracle Cloud certification(s) in SupplyChain, Finance modules is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with integrations between OracleCloud and other enterprise systems. - Knowledge of supply chain regulations,reporting and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with agile methodologies andproject management frameworks.

The Role of the Junior SCM Analyst is to lead and guide Management Trainees in developing the supplier data base with inventory management To maintain and improve the purchasing process and drive the Organization to meet the required KPI s. Responsibilities: 1. Based on MRP signal, need to release PO to supplier on weekly basis via Oracle 11i. 2. MRP execution (New buy, Push out and Cancellation. 3. Need to work with logistics team and with forwarder to bring material on time. 7.
