Position Overview

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly

  MIS reports

  for operations and management.
• Manage and update data related to routes, rosters, drivers, vehicles, attendance, and trips.
• Perform data analysis using

  advanced Excel functions

  to support operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with operations and transport teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Track operational deviations, delays, and exceptions through reports.
• Support invoicing and billing data preparation.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and data backups.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience:

  1–2 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

• Education:

  Graduate or equivalent (preferred).

• Mandatory:

  Strong knowledge of

  Advanced MS Excel

  , including:
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
• INDEX–MATCH
• IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF
• Pivot Tables & data validation

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (mandatory).

• Basic communication skills in English will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Working Days & Duty Hours

• Monday to Friday:

  11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Saturday:

  Half Day

• Sunday:

  Weekly Off
