Position Summary:

Redaptive is seeking an exceptional Leader of IT Operations to join our technology leadership team in Pune. This execution-focused leadership role offers an outstanding opportunity to own IT operations, ITSM, and agile delivery while driving ITIL implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep ITIL expertise with proven multi-national team leadership experience to deliver predictable, customer-centric IT services supporting our high-growth energy efficiency and sustainability business operations.This role serves as the primary execution arm of the IT organization and translate strategic direction into a clear operating plan and actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and day-to-day execution, and driving operational excellence across all IT service delivery functions.

Responsibilities And Duties:

IT Operations, ITSM & Service Delivery:

  • Own all IT operations and service delivery, ensuring predictable, stable, and secure technology operations aligned with business priorities
  • Deliver comprehensive ITIL implementation across the organization including change management, configuration management, release management, incident management, and service level management
  • Execute IT service management strategy, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Embed customer-centric, service-oriented mindsets across technical teams, aligning all initiatives with measurable business outcomes
  • Lead delivery management for IT teams in Pune, including project coordination, implementation oversight, change management, and user adoption strategies
  • Execute delivery frameworks using Agile principles combined with ITIL processes to ensure projects are delivered on time with comprehensive change enablement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular retrospectives, process optimization, and implementation of lessons learned across all technology service areas
  • Own vendor ecosystem operations including contract execution, renewals, performance accountability, and SLA management

Enterprise Systems & Operations:

  • Execute administration and operations of enterprise systems including CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Oversee enterprise systems administration across diverse technology platforms including SaaS applications and integrated business platforms
  • Drive system adoption through comprehensive training programs and best practice workshops ensuring successful platform utilization and business impact
  • Partner with business operations to execute automation projects as directed by strategic roadmap
  • Elevate employee system literacy through consistent education, playbooks, and enablement programs

Cybersecurity Execution:

  • Drive execution of cybersecurity controls, monitoring, and incident response as defined by the security strategy
  • Implement security operations and ensure adherence to established security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance to execute regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and data protection norms
  • Champion security culture and awareness across all teams through training and operational enforcement

Required Abilities And Skills:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience including systems administration, team management, and multi-national team leadership with proven track record of driving operational excellence
  • Deep expertise in ITIL v4 methodologies including comprehensive understanding of service management, change management, configuration management, release management, and incident management with proven implementation experience
  • Exceptional English communication and influence skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and build collaborative partnerships across cultural boundaries
  • Proven execution leadership with ability to translate strategic direction into operational results while partnering effectively with senior leadership
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with proven experience developing technical talent and building operational capabilities in distributed team environments
  • Demonstrated Agile methodology expertise including iterative delivery, stakeholder collaboration, cross-functional team leadership, and continuous improvement practices
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with experience delivering technology solutions that prioritize user experience, adoption success, and measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with enterprise systems including CRM platforms (Salesforce), ERP systems (NetSuite), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot)

Preferred Abilities And Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, MBA, or professional certifications including ITIL Expert/Master, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications, or cloud platform certifications
  • Energy efficiency, sustainability, or clean energy industry experience with understanding of industry-specific technology requirements and business processes
  • Automation implementation experience including intelligent monitoring tools, automated processes, and service management solutions
  • Business process improvement experience including process optimization, lean methodologies, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Change management and organizational development experience including large-scale technology adoption initiatives and training program development

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with at least 8 years in team management and multi-national team leadership roles
  • Relevant ITIL certifications required (ITIL Foundation minimum, ITIL Expert/Master preferred)
  • Additional certifications in Agile methodologies, project management (PMP), or cloud platforms preferred

Travel:

5% of travel time expected for quarterly strategic planning sessions in other locations including potential visits to Denver headquarters and regional offices as needed for cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives.
