Lead - Product Marketing

Location: Chennai, India
Reports to: Head of Demand & Marketing Ops / CMO
Experience level: 8+ years

Shape the Go-to-Market Strategy for Global GPRC Products

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Product Marketing to lead the collaboration between the Platform, Product, and Marketing teams for our GPRC technology products.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, the competitive landscape, and how to translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-centric value propositions and messaging. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to drive demand and support sales teams in achieving their revenue goals.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing how enterprise software solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted globally.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Product and Platform teams to lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new solution use cases and feature enhancements
  • Manage internal communication, channel planning, and marketing asset creation to drive awareness and adoption

Messaging and Positioning

  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas
  • Clearly communicate our unique value proposition in a competitive market

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Act as the expert on our buyers, their pain points, and their buying criteria
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and share insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to inform strategy

Content Creation & Product Evangelism

  • Create high-impact, multi-channel content such as solution briefs, explainer videos, blog posts, customer case studies, website content, and sales decks
  • Build clear storylines that connect product features to real customer use cases and business capabilities

Sales Enablement Collaboration

  • Prepare collateral covering product capabilities, use cases, and analyst report overviews to support the Sales Enablement team

Demand Generation & Campaign Support

  • Partner with demand generation and field marketing teams to design integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Optimize lead generation and campaign performance

Product Feedback and Use Cases

  • Evaluate product usability, performance, and adoption rates
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies and maximize ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key connection point between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Ensure alignment and cohesive execution of product marketing initiatives

What You Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing data-informed marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools
  • Leadership: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority; experience mentoring junior team members
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
