Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, to join our dynamic development team.

Required Experience:
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or mentoring role. • Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of enterprise application development. • Strong experience with front-end development using Vue.js, including state management (Vuex/Pinia) and component-based architecture. • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and building scalable, distributed systems. • Proficiency with communication protocols such as HTTP and RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of API design best practices. • Practical exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) or similar cloud platforms. • In-depth knowledge of software design principles and patterns, with the ability to guide the team on best practices. • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and innovative code that meets business and technical requirements. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. • Database expertise with MongoDB, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and query optimization. • Strong understanding of automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and software quality assurance practices. • Experience leading code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring developers. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality software. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience working on back-end technologies. • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science / software engineering from a four-year college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA
